Hi,
Unfortunately it is not possible to create galleries from the frontend, this has to be done by one of the site admins.
You can however upload images to a place on the server, and notify the admins that you would like those images to be put into a gallery.
Here are some steps:
1. download "jhbnorthsda image uploading.zip" for the downloads area.
2. extract the zip file to a place where it is conveniently accessible.
3. select the photos you wish to upload and drag them onto the "FTP Uploader" in the folder.
4. create an email or IM message to one of the admins (Ernest or Steven)
5. tell the admin what you would like the gallery to be called, and then "paste" the list of uploaded files into the email (the list is automatically copied when you drag the files on to be uploaded)
I hope this is streight forward enough.
